It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect merchandise, both internally and externally, upon delivery. If, after inspecting the merchandise, a claim needs to be filed, the customer must notify the shipper at time of delivery of any damage. Failure to follow this procedure may delay the replacement or repair of merchandise, or may cause the warranty to become void.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged for any merchandise returned for reasons other than defective workmanship. This restocking fee also applies to products returned because of dissatisfaction in color, size, or style.
