Our sturdy chair frames are constructed of durable hardwoods and are warranted against defective workmanship for a period of one years from the date of purchase.
Our fabrics are warranted for one year from the date of delivery against defective workmanship. This warranty does not cover fading and is not valid where there is evidence of heavy soiling or abuse or where improper cleaning methods have been used.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and can not be assigned or transferred. This warranty does not include transportation expenses incurred in shipping furniture to and from our factory. The registration card must be mailed in to our offices in order for the warranty to be valid.
