Warranty Information

Furniture purchased from Parson's Chairs Manufacturing of Houston, Inc. will bring you many years of enjoyment. Each chair is manufactured with pride in workmanship and quality in the materials we use. We challenge you to compare our furniture to any other in the industry. Our sturdy chair frames are constructed of durable hardwoods and are warranted against defective workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

Our fabrics are warranted for one year from the date of delivery against defective workmanship. This warranty does not cover fading and is not valid where there is evidence of heavy soiling or abuse or where improper cleaning methods have been used.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and can not be assigned or transferred. This warranty does not include transportation expenses incurred in shipping furniture to and from our factory. The registration card must be mailed in to our offices in order for the warranty to be valid.

Terms and Conditions

Our prices do not reflect shipping and handling. Freight charges are $35 per chair based on a minimum 4 chair order. Customers placing orders outside the continental U.S. should first CONTACT US for a FREIGHT quote. Unless otherwise requested, orders will be shipped via TEAM AIR EXPRESS HOUSTON. Freight prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required in advance of shipment and may be made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect merchandise, both internally and externally, upon delivery. If, after inspecting the merchandise, a claim needs to be filed, the customer must notify the shipper at time of delivery of any damage. Failure to follow this procedure may delay the replacement or repair of merchandise, or may cause the warranty to become void.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged for any merchandise returned for reasons other than defective workmanship. This restocking fee also applies to products returned because of dissatisfaction in color, size, or style.
