The Laptop Portable Office stands almost 12 inches high (excluding the handle) and is 14 and a half inches wide. There are two padded computer compartments, front and back, that expand to a total of over six inches wide. Each may be used for carrying a variety of other items such as files, papers, and travel necessities if a computer or other portable accessories are not being carried.

The front of the case has a pocket with a fold-over flap that contains an accordion type folder for holding file folders and papers, and the back of the case has a reach-in flap for storing items such as airline tickets, file folders, and newspapers.

Each case comes with a luggage tag to hold your business card or personal information. The tag is approximately four and a half inches wide and two and a half inches tall, and folds over and snaps shut for privacy.

The shoulder strap is padded with Naugahyde® brand fabric at the shoulder, and has quick-release strap connections on either side of the case. The other hardware on the case is a dark chrome color. And the computer compartment is closed using a zipper with two extra long inch and a half zipper pulls for ease of use.

The carrying handle at the top of the case is very soft, and extra long to allow larger hands and hands wearing gloves to carry the case more comfortably. The empty case weighs approximately three pounds.
